Delivery Policies

 
 

Delivery Policy 

We are partnered with Canada's leading couriers and shipping companies.  Shipping charges displayed at time of order are an estimate only.  Shipping charges are calculated when the order is picked, packed and weighed.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at one of the distribution warehouses at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.  

Delivery Location 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States of America. Duties are not included. We may also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada. Any shipments outside of these countries are not available at this time.

Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm EST), except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Customers will be responsible for a 20% Returns Processing Charge for refused orders in addition to all freight charges. No future orders will be shipped unless this charge is paid.

Discrepencies

Upon receipt of merchandise, you have two (2) business days to notify us in writing via fax or any overnight method of any discrepancies in the product recieved.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately via email.

Returns/Exchanges/Warranties

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. You are to notify us within two days if you receive a defective item. Please contact us for further instructions and complete an RMA form (available on our web page) with details of the product and the defect. Upon approval of your RMA, you will need to send the defective product back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (at our discretion), using the original method of payment.

All products carry manufacturer warranties except clearance/refurbished products. Warranty for Refurbished or clearance items is 30 days unless otherwise stated. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us.

Exceptions

Software, downloads and custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Refunds/replacements do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
